Resolution to DazzleSmile complaints

I also had the same problems as others with this company. I just contacted my credit card company and had them STOP the payment and all has been fine. I never agreed to having them charge my card so there was no issue with the credit company. The product did work, to bad the company is so bad. Have used it and it really did whiten my teeth, so I was very happey with that. The sample was great, coming it that little applicator that was very easy to use. I would order it if they had it in that applicator adn had it for a NON SCAM pricie.

Dear sir,Dazzle White is not an ad for just bad toothpaste, they are greedy and they get you twice by getting you to order from 2 dummy companies, chg you 67 bucks for the monthly fee . They put you in another dummy web company(world Fitness )to extract more monthly fees after you cancel their toothpaste. When Eroneous charges appeared in my acct from other sites that enroll you in another "club". To Stop more chges each month I had to close my bank account.now wherever I se the ad I send a report of this to the web site

Premium White - Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Credit Card Fraud, Mail Theft

Report these Premium White clowns to the Police. I agree this Premium White operation appears to be a very serious scam. VISA is well aware of this operation and is trying to deal with it, however fraud is rampant in our society, and extremely difficult to properly police. The Police have an obligation to investigate complaints regarding possible criminal activity, and it seems that time has come for Premium White. They have ripped me off.

bastards, i cannot afford to be ripped off by anyone. i have also been charged 2 x $86.00 fees from my credit card and. this is extremelly distressing and unfair. i have cancelled my credit card and will not be buying anything from the net again. This company should be forced to pay back every cent they have illegally stolen from consumers. make sure you tell your bank to stop your credit card by listing it as stolen this is the best way to stop this from continuing, they need to issue you a new credit card number not just a new card.

I too filed a complaint with the FTC.gov just now. I am not happy with the customver service I have recieved as I have called them 5 times to cancel my order all within the 10 day trial period.

I also have not receieved my product and today is the 10th day. Don't want to be charged $87.47 on a monthly basis and I don't even want to be charged $3.87 for a product I never recieved. Its interesting as when I call they have all the correct information but somehow they can't simply cancel my order on the phone. I keep being told an email will be sent to me to cancel it myself.

Of course I don't get an email. I was even told that something must be wrong with my email account. Really as I keep getting emails - I think its there system that has a problem and the customer service reps are not emailing me.

If anyone has a company email please post it. I was told to cancel by phone or email but there is no email on the website - only a 888 number

GailfromPhoenix L

You want to be reimbursed? Fighting with the company yourself won't work.

I went to the FTC.gov and I now have the Federal Trade Commission on my side! I'm a witness against Dazzle's unethical billing practices! Join me and go on that website and file your complaint. I also contacted by state Attorney General and they are also after the company!

Don't just talk, put your $$ where your mouth is and let's shut down Dazzle!!! Join me in this consumer fight!

Sent product back with no refund

I too ordered dazzel smile to find that the first shipment I did not receive and the second I shipped back as soon as it arrived never was refunded. when I called them they would not let me speak to a manager and told me it was past the 30 days. I am out 160 dollars and cannot do anything about it! Upon looking closley at my bank statement I noticed several other 10.00 charges which ended up being 2 other companys and products that were all related and being charged to my account. When questioned the informed me that when signing up for the free trial I also unknowingly authorized two other products. I had to actually call seperate numbers to cancel all of these. I'm out that money as well.

Dazzle Smile is not that dazzling. The company is operating under deception

I heard about this trial offer for Dazzle White on WAVY 10 news (Christie's Freebies), that should have been enough I know, but I thought I would try it out. It couldn't possibly be that bad right? Wrong! The old adage about nothing is ever free is definitely true. After receiving the the Dazzle Smile brush, I was called and asked about the product by one of their representatives. I stated I wasn't that impressed and wanted to cancel. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel with him because he only did followup calls. I called and cancelled. I was then charged and called again to tell them I had canceled and I wanted my money back. Three days later I did get a refund. I thought I was finished with this company only to see a charge in December and January on my bank statement for World , Fit. I called and canceled because it wasn't worth going back and forth with the representative who is merely answering the phone for multiple companies trying to support their lifestyle. She did say that World Fit is listed on the Dazzle page and you are automatically enrolled unless you cancel in 40 days when you sign up for the Dazzle promo. How deceptive is that. Why would anyone pay 24.13 for World Fit when Rite Aid offers the same program via online for free and I have used it and lost 15 pounds. DECEPTIVE, DECEPTIVE, DECEPTIVE IS ALL I CAN SAY. I WILL WRITE ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN, THESE COMPANIES ARE HEADED FOR A LAWSUIT AND EVERY PERSON THEY HAVE DAZZLED WILL GET A REFUND.

Dazzle smile/sup world fit fraud/scam! learn from my experience to protect yourself

I was another victim of the "dazzle smile" FRAUD/SCAM. Call your bank or credit card company now to cancel your card to prevent any further charges. I read the terms and conditions, canceled my membership, and sent the product back within the 30 days with a tracking confirmation from USPS. They will not refund $87.62 charged to my CC, stating it was a dirty return and they could not identify the product. They did say if the mailer was insured they would refund my money. Unfortunately it was not insured, but I wouldn't trust that either. In addition to all of that,"sup world fit" has charged my CC $24.13 for some website membership that I was signed on to and unaware of. WOW what a learning experience. Now I'm just trying to deal with my anger.

I also sent for the intro kit for $1.99. As soon as I received it, I called and cancelled.

I thought everything was fine and put it out of my mind. The next thing I know is I get an overdraft charge from the bank, saying it was a charge of around $57. from Dazzlewhite. I immediately called the company, spoke with a supervisor (supposedly), gave him my confirmation number for the cancellation, and he had the nerve to tell me that since the kit had already been sent out, I was still responsible for the charge.

I immediately informed him that I had not authorized the shipment and therefore the costs was on them. Also, I had not received a kit at that time and never did. I closed my bank account and opened another at the bank's urging. Next month, the same thing happened.

I got another charge to my new account which I had never given the numbers to. I went to the bank again, they were flabbergasted as to how this charge had gone through on this new account. I had not even validated the new card.

The bank did reverse charges and took care of the situation, but stay as far away from this company as you can!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guest

I too was scammed by Dazzle Smile/Sup*World Fit. I only paid $1.99 for the whitening products and cancelled them immediately after receiving the trial package.

I guess I was lucky because there were no additional charges from Dazzle Smile. However, I was hit a month later for the nonrefundable $24.13 from Sup*World Fit for membership to their website. Now, only Kreskin or those with ESP would know about this membership. Called my bank and, fortunately, they were right on it and cancelled my card immediately.

They gave me a temporary credit for the $24.13 while I went through the dispute process.

Bank of America agreed that it was a valid dispute and permanently credited my account the $24.13. The whole dispute process took maybe 2 weeks.

Guest

Just found the charge on my CC, called the following number and was asked for the toll free number on CC statement, the operator then cancelled the membership.

Asked for employee name and number for reference and have to see if it appears next month, if it does going to cancel card.

Number to call is 0-808-120-**** which according to BT is a freephone number.

Good Luck

I wish I would have done a google search on Dazzle White Products before ordering. I also was scammed, I paid the $87.62 to inprove health, and the 87.15 to bedazzled.

Then I also got nailed with this *** $24.13 to Sup World Fit which I have never even heard of.

I will be disputing this charges with my cc. Not sure where I will get but what a scam!

Guest

The only way I got any satifaction after spending much of my day trying to stop these scammers was to put the word out, and can you believe the comment out out by the dazzel smile people what a bunch of *** huh?

Guest

Same problem here. My credit card company put a billing block on Dazzlesmile and UltiFreshwell and they still were able to post another charge of $24.13 on my account despite the block.

I finally called them and closed the account to prevent further charges and wasted time. I will get a new credit card number in a few days and be rid of these rip-offs...

Guest

can i please know how you guys got your money back????how do i begin that process??

same thing happened to me. Its funny that the company is saying the didnt mean to inconvinience us.

It's happening to people over and over again. FRAUD dont trust anything dazzle smile or premiere whitening says

Dazzlesmile,LLC ripped me off for $200

I ordered the Dazzlesmile, LLC trial offer. Called to cancel and CONFIRMED with the representative that I was indeed within my 21 day cancel time. They gave me all the info to return the product (which was not in any literature)and I sent it back along with an unopened 30 day supply I had just received. I even insured it as I was told to do. 2 weeks later I called again to check on the refund. Again, the representative stated that I had cancelled in the required time and confirmed that they received the product. I should see my refund by X date, if not, call again. I did. This time I was told my refund could not be processed. I got a supervisor on the line who then proceeded to tell me "their system could not transfer the refund". I kept asking what that mean and got no where. I was told I would have to dispute the charges with my bank. I just received the bank investigation. Dazzlesmile lied to them about the entire time line. Stated that I did not cancel until well over a month after receiving the product and the bank determined that I was not due a cancellation of charges. This company has taken $200 from me and I don't even have the *** product. Be careful of this company. They are NOT DazzleSmile Pro - a legitimate company.

Andrew thank you for that lovely FAKE *** comment. I called and tried to get my $25 back too bad your company didn't even know what I was calling about.

I got charged for a website and was never even told the website existed. Your terms and conditions are by no means CLEARLY stated, does clearly to you mean clearly with a magnifying glass? Your company is a complete *** excuse and a scam. You do nothing but take innocent peoples money.

Whats wrong with us wanting white teeth and paying 2.99 for a product to try it out. If your company worked and we liked the product we would continue to buy more but none of us were expecting to get a piece of *** thing that wasn't even worth the 2.99 and get scammed for hundreds of dollars. Don't come on this site acting like customer service is your number 1 goal. You wouldn't know good customer service if it bit you in the ***.

I asked repeated times to speak to a supervisor and I was told, quite rudely " our supervisors don't speak to customers" Well then wtf are supervisors for? I used to be a supervisor and my main job was helping customers resolve issues. That's what a customer service supervisor should do.

I'm livid right now. I hope you all go to jail for this ***.

Dazzle Smile - World Fit - Scam - Fraud

I found a charge for 24.13 on my card. I called the number listed on the charge and proceeded to ask the person who answered the call what the charge was for. He then asked what was my account number and relayed again the afford stated information. I was then asked a few questions and he had located the account. He told me that I had signed up for this world fitness website. I said I had no idea what he was talking about that I did sign up for dazzle smile. On and on he went about the agreement and that he could cancel the account, and has, but I had signed an agreement and charges could not be reversed. I said they could easily check to see that I had never logged on to their website and this would be do to the fact that I never ordered it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the operator actually refused. Dazzle smile themselves is a bit of a racket. I had 14 days to cancel my order. I didn't know that 14 days included shipping. On a product that says it takes over 14 days to see results. Point being: It's a scam. They know people are not going to reply back inside the trial period. Stay away from Dazzle Smile/World Fit!

Dazzle Smile is an ongoing scam

Please, if you have been scammed by Dazzle Smile(White)or any other subsiderary of this demonic organization, let your voice be heard. Contact any and all complaint board and the online BBB. I'm out over $250 even though I followed the rules of cancellation and in trying to get part of my money returned, then was hit with a charge from Worldfit - an E Book I never signed up for. There is NO customer service per say and when you talk to the scam artist on the phone they weave LIES. This group is EVIL and you will never get any of your money refunded. I am changing my account at the bank tomorrow and would suggest that anyone else that has crossed paths with them do the same. You never know when months down the line a "NEW" group will charge your account with the excuse "You signed up for this months ago". THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED! SPREAD THE WORD

DAZZLE WHITE SCAM

DAZZLE SMILE RIPPED ME OFF TOO. I THOUGHT I WAS SIGNING UP FOR A "FREE TRIAL" AND THEY STILL CHARGED $87.62. WHEN TRIED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND GET A REFUND THEY TOLD ME I COULDN'T RETURN IT. THEY SAID I DIDN'T READ THE TERMS IN THE "FREE TRIAL" THAT STATED ALL SALES WERE FINAL AND NO REFUND ARE GIVEN OUT. NOW MORE THAN A MONTH LATER I GET A CHARGE FOR $25.31 FROM WORLD CLUB FITNESS. SUPPOSEDLY WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR DAZZLE SMILE "FREE TRIAL" I DIDN'T "CHECK THE BOX" TO NO GET A MEMBERSHIP TO THEIR BOGUS SITE. THEY ALL NEED TO BE PUT IN JAIL!!!!! i am also now having monthly charges go out of my bank from all sorts off companys connected with dazzle smile. this is an out an out *** company who do not answer any questions directly all they like to do is refer you to there terms an conditions which i might add do not even show up on there free trial page for this product. omg i had the same problem. thankfully i caught it before they charged too much,.

i got charged like $25 from world club fitness, which get this.. its supposedly a "dental health website" then why the *** is it called world club fitness? I tried to get a refund becuase I said i didnt sign up for it and they told me the same thing, so I was like well what do I get for my money since I obviously paid for this and she said It was a website, and I had access to it, and I didnt cancel in 30 days so thats why i got charged she also told me I should have gotten an email with my login information, I never got it, so shouldnt I get my money back? according to them its not their fault i didnt use my membership to the website.

what a big load of SHITTTT. who calls a dental health website world club fitness? how does that even make any sense they seriously need to be taken down.

the best part?

when i called all they say is "customer service" they dont say a company name.

their first question is "what number appeared on your credit card statement" they have obviously been doing this for a while. they didnt even know what product i had bought!!!

My free trial wasn't free, two packages arrived 2 months after free trial. I've had £170 taken from my credit card and there's no way of contacting you and cancelling this ripoff. The website given is a dud and the telephone staff are unhelpful. There's no return address for parcels. This is a scam. I want all my money back and you can have all the small *** packages back, gladly. I have an excellent credit report and something like this is going to taint it. The sooner this company is brought to it's knees the better and we all get our money back . RMcGibbon n ireland

DazzleSmile is a total scam along with world fitness.

DazzleSmile is a complete scam that has cost me so far about $200 that I'll never see again. The "free" trial membership cost me $88 for a tube of nothing and then another shipment was sent as I was cancelling that also cost me $88. I was assured over the phone that I would be refunded my original $88 within 30 days but it has been over that and no refund. Then a charge for WorldFitness for $24 showed up on my statement last week. Seems they scammed a membership to that out of me as well in the fine print. Avoid this scam. Since it is not a legitimate company, I am wondering what else I will be charged for.

Don't believe what this company rep is saying. They only way to get your money back is to cancel your card and report the problem to your bank.

I did everything they told me to get my refund - including shipping the product back in a tracable manner. Twice I was assured my refund was being processed and of course it was not. I finally got my money back through my bank working with my card company.

Good luck. Persistence paid off for me.

Guest

DOn't believe the "customer representative" above, she/he knows dang well that they never refund the money. Even if you return everything by their rule book, they tell you that your bank denied the debit transaction and that you need to dispute it through them.

I also am now out $200 with Dazzle Smile, Brite White, WOrldfit, Smile Brite ***! Funny how they send it all to you at once so that you don't know what is what to confuse you thinking this was your small trial order that you purchased for $1.99. AND on the phone ask you who your calling in regards to before they pull up your information and say that they have NOTHING to do with the other companies. Try calling the exact same number again and ask about one of the other products.

You'll see. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! and if you already did, I feel for you. I'm so tired of this BS.

I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Everything was COMPLETELY misleading. I've learned my lesson.

its spam,do not fall for this!!Hope they will not exist any longer and they days are counted!Just been on the phone with them to cancel my "membership" also to ask my refund for the product Ive never received! The *** thing they said that more products be shipped out..for me to apparently ship them back! How amazingly *** can that be?Anyway, memebership got cancelled but my refund//I doubt!Oh ye,please call to number0-808-120-**** to cancel your precious membersip!Hope they teeth will never need any help..after some people will smack they teeth out!yea!

I have been dealing with these teeth whitening *** clowns for about a month now. Today I just saw a charge for "Fit Club Online" for $24 and totally flipped my lid! When I called the number on my statment, the first thing they asked me was what number I had dialed!!! I think I soiled 4 pairs of pants after that statement. I said "I just called you!! WTF is going on here?!" She ended up giving me a different number to call! The guy on the end of that line got ear Fkd hardcore!! He said "it was all right there in the agreement blah blah blah"...BS!! I demanded a refund and he calmly told me that wasnt happening. Sounds to me like this is one entity posing as a number of different companies so that they can keep raping your bank account while making it difficult for us to keep up!

Bottom line I canceled my credit card and filed a dispute against every charge they got me for. I guess we'll see what happens, but from the sounds of it the bank is gonna side with me.

These companies and everyone that work for them is complete degenerate *** ***!!!

Guest

Cancel your card and get a new number and report the charges to your credit card company. It is the only way to stop the charges.

Did not stop withdrawing money eventhhough the product was returned

This company was nearly impossible to reach with e-mail, or by phone, unclear addresses (Iowa and Denver CO) Also, change of company name to "Precision White" perhaps by now it's changed again, making it impossible to keep up with or contact. Somehow they claim you became "a member" what other organization can you belong to that you cannot contact. Even Organizations that I AM a member of by choice, do not have free reign on my checking accounts. The first card I used to order a sample did not go through (said declined) so I used another card and somehow they are able to draw from two different banks..........MB

How did you get to contact them by email? I checked out one and the site was dead.

Did you try the telephone numbers? My credit card company is watching my account for any more charges from them or any like it and refunding my money to my account luckily. I dunno how they'll get the money back of them tho.

This is all a big pain in the backside isn't it? :(
