I received my order today and the silver lid of the bottle was crumbled...I dont think it affected the cream, but wanted you to know that your packing needs to be improved

I did not buy this stuff but I'm being charged for it

I ordered a retinal based face cream this morning from Groupon. It was $21 $0.99. My card was billed 3 times. Twice for $31 and once more 4 21. 99. I cannot get a hold of anyone from this dazzling White smile place. They make it so difficult that you can only do it online. And I'm trying to do it online but it's not working. I ended up with $83. 99 sense in charges when all I wanted was a face cream. Now I want my money back. I will not deal with Groupon ever again, they will not help. And I suggest that nobody else deal with them either. They make it impossible 2 get a hold of them. My bank and dispute the charges but they are just pending right now and until they become real charges they cannot be disputed. I want my money back. Now.

Not a full package

My package received from Dazzling white was missing the gel. I called there number and was told by a taped recorded message to send messages to dazzlingwhite04@***.com. Can't log-in to this. So I paid for a whole kit through Groupon and can't get the gel needed to complete the transaction. Also called again 170****-****, can't leave messages.scammed by someone?So if you think you are getting a good deal, its not always a fact.Who do you report this to, especially now that I cannot leave a message. Groupon told me to call the vendor who supplied the kit. I will be calling Groupon to tell them of this situation of not receiving the full product promised. I actually have had success with Groupon, but now I'm afraid to buy anything else through them.

DazzlinSmile...a rip off

place an order on 6/24 Cancelled 3 days later. Received my refund of 3.87. I never received product. Then on 9/10 my account was debited for 39.95. Have called 10 times,was told my money would be refunded 4/5 business days.Called again yesterday,asked to talk to a manger. Was transferred. I held 15 mins.In a very nice way I explained what was going on, he hung up on me. Today the # does not work. It's not the amount of money, it is the point.It's people like this that makes the world bad.

Vivid White Smile

I had a very bad experience with Vivid White Smile and associated companies. After ordering a sample and cancelling any additional product, as per their instructions, they continuing billing and will not stop. The only option to stop them from stealing your money when they have your credit card number is dispute the charges with your credit card company and cancel that credit card because they will charge and charge that card they have. When I originally contacted to cancel future products they said they would send a form but that never came. I keep calling and calling and finally they said I was cancelled but they lied. They can't be trusted.

Product returned but no refund given

I ordered DazzleSmile for 87.62 in 10/09 and returned the product per their instructions. I requested a refund but I never received it and it has been almost a year. In 2/10 I sent to a supervisor in Aurora CO (Victor) a fax of delivery confirmation by USPS. I contacted them by telephone and was told it would take a few months as their corporate office is in the UK. Since then I have not gotten my refund and the numbers I have are either now invalid or out of service. I am now going to pursue this matter for the refund through my credit card company, the Attorny General's office and and the FTC as I have learned there are several others who have encountered the same shoddy treatment.

Ripped off/ took out of my account

Ripped off/ they took money out of my account...unautherized !!!! fruad...87.47 will report this to my bank !!! Iam reporting this to the News and the government's fruad Hot Line !!! When I went on line to find their phone number, is all I counld fine was complaint after complaint from consumers... the complaint were coming in from the USA, Uk, Austrailia, Canada...and every other English speaking country on the planet! Please, other people that been taken advantage voice your case to your government,the News media,banking,and the greater public !!!! This is important to, Iam on a fixed income...unemployed !!!

DazzlinSmile Rip-Off

Without a doubt this is the biggest rip-off I have encountered. This elusive sales job advertises a "FREE" sample; however, it turns into a major rip-off and a major headache to try and resolve. They will continue to bill you until you call them. The advertising is very deceiving and lures the customer into purchasing a free sample. That is just the beginning. They then call you constantly; however, it's the salesman, not customer service and, although they will tell you they will cancel your service, they continue to bill you. I spent over an hour talking to customer support only to be told that they would not refund my credit card. I never received anything from the company. Warning: Never buy anything from this company, you will regret it!

yes total rip off and scammed my accout for £59:71p.

I tried contacting them by telephone no luck.I then wrote to them and requested that they send no more.not heard back and it was only supposed to be £3= for a free trial.

I let them no within 28 days and they have still got my money.

What do we do from here

Dazzlin Smile charged my credit card & I DID NOT request free samples. I have never heard of them & how they've got my CC number, which is really making me angry!

When I try to call the phone number printed on my statement, it says it is out of my calling area, so I can't even contact them to STOP this! And my CC will not block them from doing this again!!

Vivid smile has been charing my credit card without autoization

I have been chaed a total of $179.82 I want this credited back to my account or I will take you to court. I live off of SS Diability and can hardly afford to feed myself. Your just another crook play on the people. I am also reporting you to the BBB. The product does not work at all. It only irritates my gums.I will also be contacting my CC to dispute the charge. I can't believe I feel for your scheme. You people should be ashamed especially since the economy is so bad and unpredictable at this time

Dazzle smiles a SCAM!!

I ordered the free trail and they took unautherized money out of my account. 87.00 is alot of hard earned money that I now have to file a fraud claim with my bank, cancel my debit card and wait for the scammers to do this again is bull.... If it sounds too good to be true...it usually is. What a hassel this is, I hope people reading this will spread the word about this scam. When they call you it is just to verify the card and thats there autherization to take the money. Lesson learned-do not order NOTHING on the internet!!

Old bait & switch

As other people have said I went to order a free trial and then noticed a charge of $87.47 that I didn't authorize. When I called they told me that because I didn't cancel within 10 days they automatically enrolled me into a monthly program. Of course I didn't receive an e-mail giving me that information. They did give me $20.00 back because I didn't receive my e-mail confirmation, but will not give me the entire amount back. They are sending out another package to me and then I am out of the program after I go to a website they e-mail to me and do exactly what I was instructed to do. If I make a mistake then I am not out of the program. If I do it exactly as Alma to me then they will never charge me again, so they say. I will see next month.
